Introduction
In 2010, local, state, and federal agencies worked with the Governor's Office of Regulatory Assistance to update the JARPA form.  These changes help clarify what is required in order for an application to be considered complete.  Larger print, more space for answers, and easier to understand questions also make the form easier to use.

As of January 2010, UPI numbers are no longer being issued or required.
